Enchantments provide up to three Enchantment Effects, which can't be changed through the Reset Effect.
The number of Enchantment Effects gained through Enchantments increases depending on Enchantment Level.

Throne of Oblivion rebalance

Dungeon > Solak > Emperor’s Tomb > Throne of Oblivion

The existing Throne of Oblivion 12-player Legendary dungeon is no longer accessible on World Servers but can now be accessed on Unified Servers via the Cross-Server Portal located in front of the dungeon.
Dungeon Entry Dragon Portal is active in the Unified Server Plaza only during the 12:00 PM- 11:59 PM entry hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
We've adjusted some attributes and effects to match the rebalance of the Shadow Emperor.
The Throne of Oblivion is a weekly bound dungeon that cannot be unbound.
You can also obtain materials for opening the Celestial Map from the Weekly/Dynamic Quest rewards in Throne of Oblivion.

Added the Combustion Mega Soul Boost Coin exchange list to the Dragon Express Soul Tab.
Added the Soul Boost Combustion achievement, which can be earned by using the Combustion Mega Soul Boost Capsule.
Added the ability to offer Enchantments for each of the following Evolution Stones from Tier 5 through Tier 11: Reverent Soul, Faithful Pet Aura, Harbinger Talisman, and Fealty Heart.
Removed Sacred Vial and Gold from the cost of regular transfers.
