However, we have decided to make balance adjustments in the March 12 update.</div><div data-contents-type="text"></div><div data-contents-type="text">We apologize for not notifying rapidly to the Monarchs who have been panicked because of the March 5 update.</div><div data-contents-type="text">As we reviewed the many inquiries and diverse opinions Monarchs sent to us, we had extensive internal discussions on how much detail to share.
