data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong>1. 活動內容及參加條件</strong></span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－請於PURPLE LOUNGE的個別活動文章確認各項活動內容、期間、參加條件，在個別活動文章公告的內容優先於本活動規章。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－若是與遊戲服務合作的活動，請至各遊戲服務官方社群之該活動頁面確認內容。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－根據部分國家的法令，活動參加及中獎資格可能有所限制。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－活動內容和期間可能會因為不可抗力因素，在沒有事前公告下取消或變更。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong>2. 活動中獎及中獎條件</strong></span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－依照各項活動，分為可以立即確認是否中獎與擇日公布中獎。若為擇日公布之情形，用戶可於事前公告的中獎名單公布日，前往PURPLE LOUNGE的活動中獎者文章確認。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－若是與遊戲服務合作的活動，可至各遊戲服務官方社群之該活動頁面確認。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－同一人不可重複中獎，原則上為1人中獎1次。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－符合下列情形者，將被排除活動中獎資格。即使已中獎，若經確認不符合資格，亦可能遭取消中獎。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">① 因違反plaync使用條款、各遊戲服務營運原則及社群政策，而受到制裁的帳號持有者。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">② 本公司的職員及其家屬、總代理商等與本公司具利害關係者。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">③ 有使用他人資料或假帳號之情形。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">④ 透過中獎者提供的電子信箱、電話聯繫未果，或中獎者未於中獎者資料蒐集期間內提供受領獎品所需資料。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">⑤ 未明確表達受領獎品意願或表明拒絕受領時。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">⑥ 在中獎者負擔稅金的活動中，中獎者不遵守本公司的稅金繳納須知，或不遵守本公司為處理稅金所要求的事項。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">⑦ 在由公司負擔稅金的活動中，中獎者未在中獎者資料蒐集期間內提供本公司為處理稅金所需的必要資料。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">⑧ ​因不正確的地址與聯絡資料導致活動獎品被退還。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong>3. 獎品發送</strong></span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－可發送獎品的國家可能有所限制，本公司會於活動公告事項中公布舉行獎品活動的國家。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－參加活動時，請於個別須知頁面正確填寫獎品受領地址與聯絡電話等資料。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－若獎品為遊戲內道具，獎品道具可能會依活動有使用期限，且若因失誤而刪除獎品道具，可能無法復原。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－獎品可能會因為公司因素而在沒有事前通知下，以其他等值獎品替換。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－不可轉讓獎品，且不可要求將既定的獎品換為等值現金或其他獎品。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－若本公司未在活動公告事項中載明稅金負擔對象，則由獎品中獎者負擔稅金。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">[繳納稅金時的獎品受領手續(大韓民國)]</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－根據大韓民國所得稅法及地方稅法規定，中獎人將負擔相當於獎品價值金額22%(所得稅20%、住民稅2%)的預扣與繳納義務。(獎品價值金額5萬韓元以下則免稅。)</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－中獎者要受領5萬韓元以上之獎品時(稅金由本公司負擔的情形除外)，本公司會透過電話、電子郵件或活動公告等等，通知中獎者稅金繳納帳戶以及身分證影本交件方法。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">① 中獎者須依照步驟匯入稅金以及提供身分證影本給公司。(稅金由本公司負擔時，亦須提供身分證影本。)</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">② 本公司確認稅金已入帳並取得身分證影本後，才會寄送獎品。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">③ 獎品將以掛號或宅配寄送，若獎品價值在5萬韓元以下，可能視情況省略受領地址確認步驟直接寄出，參加活動時或獎品寄出前，請務必正確填寫受領地址。(若因錯誤地址導致獎品退回，將不會重新寄送獎品。)</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">④ 獎品可能會因為物流公司的情況有所延遲，若未於公告中獎後的一個月內收到獎品，請聯繫客服中心。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">[海外用戶獎品受領(Overseas Country)]</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－在獎品寄至國外之情形，因適用法令不同，為了蒐集個人資料與各類稅金處理，可能需要額外的手續。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－在中獎者資料蒐集期間，若中獎者不履行本公司為了處理受領獎品和稅金等費用而提出之要求，或未提供所需資料與資訊時，中獎資格可能遭到取消。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​－將根據當地法令處理稅金等各類費用。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong>4. 個人資料保護</strong></span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－為了公布中獎者，可能會在PURPLE LOUNGE活動文章及舉行活動的各遊戲服務官方社群上，公告部分帳號名稱、遊戲內暱稱(名稱)、角色名稱等部分帳號資料。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－為了寄送獎品，將會轉達中獎者本名、電話號碼、地址資料給物流公司。若不同意，中獎者可拒絕中獎資格。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－為了寄送獎品而蒐集的個人資料種類與個人資料蒐集手續，可能會根據獎品受領國家當地法令產生差異。​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">​</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong>5. 一般事項</strong></span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－若您參加活動並主張對獎品的權利，代表您同意以上所有規則與各類事項，並保證不會因為參加活動而侵犯任何人的權利，同意將與活動相關的所有權限委託給NC。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－若您參加活動並主張對獎品的權利，代表您同意NC將獎品資料與部分帳號名稱、角色名稱(或是部分本名)一同公布於PURPLE LOUNGE文章與各遊戲服務官方社群。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－您同意自行全權負責因參加活動而受傷、財產或獎品損失，以及獎品因受領、遺失、配送、使用而造成的損失。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－本公司不負責您因受領及使用活動提供之獎品所造成的一切損害、損失及受傷。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－您同意不論任何情形，NC概不負責訴訟相關費用。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－您同意依照大韓民國的法律解決與活動或獎品相關的所有紛爭、要求等等。</span></div><div data-contents-type="text"><span style="font-size: 15px;">－NC不負責因技術或人為失誤而造成的參加者聯繫問題。</span></div><div
