On July 13th, our team made several large improvements to combat disconnections that our players had been facing. Through support tickets, we have been able to collect enough data and work with players on symptoms they had been experiencing. Since then, we have not been receiving any reports of frequent disconnections. We would now like to do one final push to ask any players experiencing frequent disconnections to please submit tickets to <a href="https://help.plaync.com/" title="Game Support" target="_blank">Game Support</a>. This includes if you have been using VPNs or network acceleration tools to avoid disconnections. If you are using these tools, try turning them off to see if you are still frequently disconnecting.
