Steel Citadel

Added a new hunting zone, 'Steel Citadel'.

You can teleport through the 'Warp Gate' in Hellbound Barracks.
The Steel Citadel is a hunting zone consisting of Floors 1 through 11.
The 11th Floor is open for entry on Saturdays and Sundays, and raid monsters spawn at specific times.

The 'Cosmetic' system allows you to register weapon appearance / kill effect / name deco items with the system so that the registered the weapon appearance / kill effect / name deco can be applied to your character.
"Weapon Appearance Appearance Stone" used to cost 1 Appearance Stone per item, but the Cosmetic system allows you to change the same weapon appearance type as the registered one without restrictions when equipped.
Kill effects are shown based on the priority of the kill effect items you have in your inventory, but the Cosmetic system allows you to select and apply any kill effect you want.
Name decorations can also be applied by selecting a name decoration with the desired effect from the registered list.
With the addition of the 'Cosmetic' system, the 'Weapon Appearances' and 'Name Decos' applied to characters will be removed, and the items consumed when acquiring the removed 'Weapon Appearances' and 'Name Decos' will be returned to the Private Warehouse. (Only the currently applied Weapon Appearance and Name Deco effects)

New Cosmetic: Ghost Sword

Added a new weapon appearance, 'Ghost Sword'.

You can register the Ghost Sword appearance as a 'Weapon Appearance - Ghost Sword' item.
After applying the 'Ghost Sword' appearance, your attacks will trigger 'Ghost Sword's Energy', with the following effects.

Removed the ability for NPC Fishing Guild members to exchange Shiny Coins, Gold Urns, and Golden Treasure Chests.

Replaced the "Shining Golden Bait" item that drops from the Gold Urn and Golden Treasure Chest with the "Ancient Fishing Coin [Imprint]" item.

Ranking

Added 'Class Ranking' to the Character Ranking category.

Rankings are aggregated for each class, and you can see the top 10 rankings.
The first place ranking in each class is rewarded with a ranking reward and a class 1st place emblem.
The item reward for the top in the class is 1 Potential Hardener - Imprint, and ranking rewards will be distributed via mail at 06:30 every day.

Party Matching

Added the ability to post party announcements in the chat window.

Available via the Promote Party button in Party Matching.
The Promote Party button is only available to Party Matching room owners.
Because party promotions are launched in the world chat channel, you must have an active world chat channel.

Title System

Maximum number of letters for character names has been changed to 8 letters.

The existing title will be reset after maintenance.
Characters Lv. 93 and higher will be rewarded a 'Special Color Title' item in their Private Warehouse.

Fixed an issue that caused the Character Info window to display incorrectly when P. Atk. and M. Atk. exceeded a certain value.

Fixed an issue where killing a monster while hovering over its information on the radar map would keep the monster's name visible.

Changed the design of the item links displayed in the chat window.

Increased the size of Inventory UI.

For QHD (2560x1440) resolutions and above, the UI size is further enlarged.

Fixed an issue where clicking on a deactivated Talisman slot would retain the deactivated image of the clicked slot.
