Hello players. As of August 8, 2025, we are discontinuing all physical NCoin cards that have been sold through outlets such as Target, Gamestop, and other retailers. However, this does not include digital NCoin game codes that can be purchased online. Digital codes will still remain valid.

If you currently have physical NCoin cards that have not been used, have been recently purchased, or you are receiving an error when trying to redeem them, please contact Game Support using the following instructions below for quicker service:

Go to the Game Support Portal HERE.
Select Blade & Soul.
Click Submit an Inquiry at the top right.
Select Billing Support under Purchase/Refund. Click Next.
Add the Inquiry Title: Physical NCoin Card Issue.
Copy and Paste the template below into the Inquiry Description:

Hello. I currently have issues with my discontinued NCoin card. Below are the details of my purchase:
- Date Purchased:
- Location Purchased:
- Amount of NCoin Card:
Attach your Proof of Purchase into the Attachment section:
Submit your ticket.
