With Ascend around the corner, we’ve put together this “how to play” guide to clear up any final questions and help everyone get ready to take flight.

Early Steps to Ascend

Creating a Proper Account to Play on NCA Servers / AION ASCEND
For New Accounts your account must be registered with the correct country for our servers to show up in PURPLE.

To play on our servers, you must register an account using the following countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Australia, New Zealand

Returning Accounts from the NC WEST Era
If you want to use your old account, you may need to migrate the account. The process can be easy or a bit difficult depending on your circumstances. Consider creating a new one if you run into issues, but I’m happy to help you if you have trouble. How to Download Aion Classic/Ascend

If you already have PURPLE installed and have logged in using an NCA account, go to the AION game lobby. Select “Classic Server” in the dropdown menu. Click Install.

How to Access the New Server
AION ASCEND will run on the Aion Classic client, so you will always need to select “Classic Server” to play the game. Once ASCEND is released, start the Classic Server client, and select the APSARANTA server once it has launched. It has wings and it says, “New Server”.
