In the past several months, Blade & Soul NEO and many other games experienced a series of DDoS attacks that caused significant disruption to gameplay. These attacks primarily affected our EU servers, though NA players also experienced a disrupted experience as a result of the shared infrastructure and impact on resources.

Throughout this period, we issued multiple rounds of compensation primarily to the EU region and promised one final package once service stability was fully confirmed.
