Siel's Aura Refund Calculation Method

We’re excited to share news about the future of the Classic, Siel’s server. With an update on January 6th, 2026, we will move Aion Classic to a Free-to-Play server and retire “Siel’s Aura”.

Daevas exploring Atreia for the first time or for those poised to return can enjoy the vast majority of content completely free.

With the removal of Siel’s Aura, we’re excited to offer a new one-time purchase membership called Eternal Blessing, which provides convenient features for Daevas, and a single purchase unlocks the functionality account-wide indefinitely.

As a token of appreciation for loyal Siel’s Aura subscribers over the months and years, we’ll be providing a thank-you gift based on the period of time you have been a paying Siel’s Aura subscriber. The following rewards will be distributed via coupon on January 6th when Siel’s Aura is officially retired.

Additionally, between December 9th and January 6th, all players will receive the 2-hour version of Siel’s Aura, active at all times. That means you’ll enjoy the benefits of Siel’s Aura continuously throughout this period—no time limits, no daily restrictions, and no additional action required.

Notice Regarding the Termination of Siel's Aura and Refunds

With the launch of the new Eternal Blessing membership, Siel's Aura will be discontinued during maintenance on January 6th, 2026. Additionally, the daily free Siel's Energy benefit currently provided will be removed.

Since Siel’s Aura will provide no benefit after the update, you can apply for a refund for purchases that have not been used by the time of discontinuation, starting on Tuesday, December 9th. Refunds will be provided for the unused days of your subscription at the time of discontinuation. For example, if there are 20 days left on your existing Siel’s Aura subscription as of December 9, 2025, a refund for 20 days will be processed.

Navigate to Purchase/Refund > Billing Support, then select the radial button, and fill in the appropriate information (Server/Character/Inquiry Type/Inquiry Description) to request a refund.

Refunds are processed in the currency of the original payment, provided they are key currencies (e.g., USD, EUR, JPY, CNY, GBP). If the original payment currency is not one of the key currencies, a refund will be issued in the available key currency. In which case, due to the fluctuating currency exchange rates, there may be a difference between the purchased amount and the refund amount.

1. Refunds will be made in the currency used to purchase the subscription as follows:

The unit price applied at the time of refund varies depending on the product type.
