If you are dead at the time the reward is given, or if there are no empty slots in your inventory, you cannot receive the item.

Deleted when entering Ceremony of Chaos/Olympiad.

The Ice Flower Has Bloomed Buff lasts 24 hours, and at each hour, the player will be rewarded with either a Freya's Ice Doll Box or 60 Dry Ice units (Dry Ice is used to enhance Freya's Ice Dolls).
