Hello, Aion family!

To provide a better environment and a more vibrant gameplay experience, the [Siel] and [Ascend] servers will be merged soon.
With the server merge, you'll be able to connect with more Daevas and enjoy a wider variety of content together.
After the merge, you'll play in an environment based on the Siel server's settings.
We're here to guide you through the preparations you'll need to make and share details about special support during the merge.
Please review the information in advance to ensure a smooth transition and avoid any inconvenience during the server merge.

Server Merge Schedule and Integrated Server Name
● Merge Date and Time
  • After scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026
● Integrated Server Name
  • The new, integrated server will be called "Siel."

Integrated Server Settings
  • Content on the integrated server will follow the Siel server settings.
  • Some content settings will be standardized and optimized to minimize inconvenience.

  • Wrapped items will be unwrapped, and the cost of the wrapping materials used will be converted to Kinah and delivered to your Cube.
  • If you have wrapping items, you can sell them to receive a refund for the purchase cost.
World Exchange Fees
Siel Server Quna Settlement Fee Rates Applied
  • Transaction fees will follow the current rates applied on the Siel server.
  • World Exchange registration fees will remain the same, but settlement fees will be adjusted to match Siel's standards.
Siel's Anvil
Siel Server Crafting Recipes Applied
  • All craftable items and required materials will follow the Siel server settings.
  • Some Siel's Anvil crafting recipes will be removed from the Ascend server.

Additional Uses for Tragic Legion Commander Wing Feather
  • With the removal of the Tragic Legion Commander Wings crafting recipe, additional uses will be added for the Wing Feather item.
  • Disassemble Siel's Hammer for a chance to obtain Medals, Noble Magic Stone, or Special Greater Weapon Flux.

Gliding Boost Skill
Gliding Boost Skill Book Provided to Ascend Server Characters
  • Characters with the Gliding Boost skill connected to their Wings will receive a Skill Book.
-> Following the server merge, Gliding Boost will be standardized as a skill learned from a Skill Book.

  • The salvaging costs and components of certain box and bundle items will be updated to match the Siel server settings. Please keep this in mind before opening these items.

Special Server Merge Gifts for Characters and Legions
  • All characters on the integrated server will receive an [Event] Name Change Ticket.
  • Regardless of legion name reset after the server merge, each legion brigade general will receive an [Event] Legion Name Change Ticket.

Character/Legion Information Changes
  • During the server merge, character and legion names will be reset if they meet the conditions below.
  • If either of the following conditions applies, your character name will be reset.

Example 1) All characters below Level 60 will have their names reset.
Example 2) If a character Level 60 or above has not logged in since August 19th, 2025, their name will be reset.

If neither condition above applies but duplicate character names exist, the following reset rules apply.

Example 1) If all characters with the same name on the integrated server are Level 65, all their names will be reset.
Example 2) If characters with the same name on the integrated server are Levels 65, 64, and 63, only the Levels 63 and 64 characters will have their names reset, and the Level 65 character will keep its name.

Legion Name Reset Conditions
  • Legion names will not be reset if there are no duplicates. If duplicate legion names exist, the following reset rules apply based on legion growth stage.

Only lower-growth-stage legions will have their names reset.

Example 1) If legions with the same name have the same growth stage, all their names will be reset.
Example 2) If legions with the same name are at Growth Stages 1 and 6, only the Stage 1 legion's name will be reset; the Stage 6 legion's name will remain unchanged.

Character Creation and Item Transfer Information
  • Character creation will be available 2 hours after the maintenance end time on 9/29.
  • After the server merge, if the total number of characters across all servers exceeds 20, including those pending deletion, you will only be able to create new characters after the pending deletions are finalized and you relog in.

  • Items held by your character will be moved to the integrated server. Please see below for more details.

※ Due to the server merge, restoration requests for deleted or sold items must be submitted no later than 1 hour before the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, September 29th.
  • After the server merge is complete, items from the pre-merge servers cannot be restored.

Legion Contribution Point Reset Process
  • Legion Contribution Points will be reset on September 29th due to the accumulated disparity between the Siel and Ascend servers.
  • To thank legions for their achievements to date, special rewards will be given to the top 3 legions on each server.

Fortress Battle Schedule, Prices, and Tax Changes
  • Fortress Battle times after the server merge are shown below.
  • All fortresses will be reset to Balaur occupation and will start anew.
  • Prices and taxes based on faction ratios will be reset after the server merge.

Integrated World Exchange (IWE) Usage Guidelines
  • Use of the IWE will be restricted for a period before the server merge.

Other Changes
Friends List Changes
  • Your Friends List from your original server will be retained, while Friend Lists from other servers being merged will be reset.
Example: For a character on the Siel server
  • Siel server Friends List retained / Ascend server Friends List deleted

PURPLE Talk Information
  • Existing PURPLE Talk chat rooms will be reset.
  • After the server merge, please log in to the game, and then activate your server's profile in PURPLE Talk.

Ranking Season Reset Notice
Abyss Ranking Season Reset
  • Due to the server merge on September 29th, the Abyss Ranking Season will be reset on all servers.
